By accessing and using QuadrAct ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
Minimum Contract Period: 1 month from subscription start date
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalties or early termination fees
No Switching Fees: There are no fees to cancel or switch to another service
Data Migration: If you require assistance with data migration to another platform, please contact us for a custom quote
30-Day Data Guarantee: Upon cancellation of your subscription, we guarantee retention of all your data for 30 days. During this period, you have full download and export access to retrieve your information.
Data Export: You can export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON) through the application interface.
Data Deletion: After the 30-day retention period, or upon your explicit request, all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 business days.
Data Residency: All data is stored in the European Union (EU) using Supabase infrastructure
Security Standards: We implement SOC 2 Type II compliant security practices
Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
Backups: Automated daily backups with 30-day retention for disaster recovery
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Cookie & Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR. Your data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice to users.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuadrAct and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuadrAct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
